Bourque77 at TV Clubhouse solved a "File not Found" message on her Windows XP desktop by substituting HTTP: for RTSP: in the links above.

To create a Windows Desktop Shortcut for each link:

Right click on the desktop
Choose "New" to see the New Item menu
Choose "Shortcut" to see the Create Shortcut Wizard
Copy and Paste one of the URLs above into the text box and click Next
Type a Description, such as BB Cam 1
Click Finish
Repeat for each link
